Diane Pritt,NCIDQ
As an accomplished project manager and interior designer, Diane develops targeted design solutions, space planning, programming, specifications and construction documents for some of Tecton’s largest Corporate clients. Her projects range from 5,000 SF to 60,000 SF and include new construction, renovations and tenant fitouts that seamlessly mesh progressive workplace design with mandated corporate branding standards. She also serves as a liaison between the client, architects, consultants and product vendors to facilitate timely, budget-conscious and quality completed projects. Diane’s work has been recognized by the Connecticut Building Congress with the Connecticut Project Award and the ASID with an Outstanding Service Award.
An active member of numerous professional and community service organizations, Diane has served as the Communications Director for the American Society of Interior Designer CT as well as a volunteer for the Society’s Covenant to Care Community Service Project, providing interior design and fundraising services in the completion of new space to house emergency care programs for children in crisis. Her long-time work at the Wolcott Youth Center includes heading the Planning Committee for the new Activities and Learning Center, which offers a variety of after school programs and mentoring services to local middle and high school students.
Diane has also worked as a journalist and photographer in Connecticut, covering such cultural events as the Jazz Festival in Hartford’s Bushnell Park and reporting on travel and activity opportunities for the local senior population.
