In addition to a complete renovation of Farmington Bank Headquarters, Tecton also provided planning, design and move management services for multiple branch locations across Connecticut, including Glastonbury, Avon, Berlin, Plainville, Newington and West Hartford.
The design of the newly constructed branches reflects an innovative and personalized approach to customer service. In place of traditional teller booths, Tecton created dialogue banking kiosks in an open platform design for easier access to bank personnel. Each dialogue pad supports two tellers and houses a cash recycler that enhances the security of the bank and offers faster transaction times.
