As a dated skilled nursing facility originally built in the 60’s, Genesis HealthCare’s Kent Regency facility, located in Rhode Island, underwent a complete renovation of all wings in the facility, including a new “facelift” to the exterior with the addition of an elegant Porte Cochere that defines the entrance to the building.
A new Physical Therapy addition enhances the functionality and aesthetic of the facility, adding a bright, open, barrel vaulted reception area with elegant, welcoming, waiting areas. All living areas within the facility were redesigned and refinished to reflect a more upscale motif that is also responsive to the physical and cognitive needs of the aging population.
